Nine digits LED indicator ALS318A 

The nine digits digital displays arsenide phosphide planar gallium-red glow.
Each indicator ALS318A consists of nine crystals containing seven segments and
a point.  Different combinations of highlight segments that allow to reproduce
the numbers from 0 to 9.
Weight 4.8 g ALS318 indicator (A, B), and 7.7 g ALS318 indicator (B, D).
Available in a plastic case with joint cathodes. Marked points: 
ALS318A - without a point; ALS318B - two; ALS318V - one; ALS318G - three.

ALS318A : 1st contact - cathode discharge 1; 2nd contact - With the anode elements; 3rd
contact - cathode discharge 2; 4th contact - the anode of H; 5d contact - cathode
discharge 3; Contact 6th - anode elements of A; Contact 7th - cathode discharge 4; 8th
contact - E anode elements; Contact 9th - cathode discharge 5; Contact 10th - the anode
of D; Contact 11th - cathode discharge 6; Contact 12th - anode elements G; Contact 13th -
cathode discharge 7; Contact 14th - anode elements B; Contact 15th - cathode discharge 8;
Contact 16th - anode elements F; Contact 17th - cathode discharge 9.

Electrical and lighting settings:
Intensity Discharge under pulsed forward current through each segment or point 5 mA -
950mkkd; for ALS318B, ALS318G - at least 400mkkd.
Continuous forward voltage on the segment or point at a constant current of 5 mA, not
more than 1.9 V.
Reverse current at Uobr = 3 in each segment or a point no more than 10 microamps.
Resistance segment segment, rank-discharge, at least 2 ohms.

Limit operational data:
The pulse current through the segment or point at a pulse repetition rate of
100 Hz, with any number of segments included: 40 mA.
Average forward current through a segment or point in any number of segments
included: 3 mA.
Dissipation power at the sign included seven segments and at 45 mW.
Reverse voltage and frequency of any form of 5 V.
