Mod: Add Line Out & Boost Output Level

- solder IC204 (NJM2068)
- replace C219,C221 with 2x1uF NP
- remove R220,R221 and R231,R234
- replace R228,R230 with 330K
- replace R233,R235 with 5K6
- replace R275,R276 with 220K
